Claim files hold homeowner details. Here is how we handle them.
No. We write the estimate and documentation; you or your licensed public adjuster submit it and handle the claim. We are an estimating service, not public adjusters.
The Xactimate ESX file and a PDF, with line items, F9 notes and code references. Your logo goes on it if you send one.
Photos, EagleView or Hover reports, sketches, the carrier's estimate, scope notes, moisture logs and 3D tour links. If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll tell you if anything is missing.
24 hours is our standard and 48 hours is the maximum. Large fire or full-rebuild files may need longer; we tell you before we start.
Send it back with your notes and we fix it at no charge.
